Where he discovered his invention he worked at Fairchild, a company for ten years.
•Robert invented the integrated circuit. This discovery made the microchip possible. Some people say that he paved the way for computers. He has a bachelor’s degree in physics and mathematics from Grinnell College in 1949. Then he got a doctorate in physics from the Massachusetts Institute of technology in 1953.
•I found it interesting that he has a bachelor and doctorate degree.
