should huck finn be taught in school

Huck Finn needs to be taught at the high school level. It needs to be taught in school because of the choices people make and the good plus bad in the story. If you didn’t teach this book you won’t gain any knowledge.4

Throughout the story Huck will make choices that will affect the rest of his life. It’s plan and simple, he can choose to be good or be like everybody else and call other cultures out of their names and treat them like dirt.5

We need to recognize the good things people instead of critizing and analyzing what people do. The one thing this book teaches that you will learn the hard way in your life is that you have to trust yourself before you trust anybody else. For example in the story Jim (the slave) was already free but he didn’t know and his supposedly best friend Huck knew that he wasn’t a slave. 6

Overall this was a good book and should be taught in schools. I have explained this as well as I could such as showing how evil people can be and that people need to stop critizing each other for what people do. I hope you read this book than nothing. Further your education not stops it.7
